In need of an e-book reader

Yesterday was such a slow day. Between 3 pm and 5.30 pm when it was time to start dinner I had nothing to do and was mostly watching tv and playing on my phone. I really need to buy more books so I have something to read. I got plenty of books, but it's only unfinished series and I refuse to start reading them until I have all the books.

Today won't be that boring I hope. Since it's friday it's time to changes all the towels, I'm gonna do laundry and when the munchkins quit school we are gonna go grocery shopping for the weekend. Oh God how I can't wait for a good sleep in, when the alarm doesn't start sounding at 7 am. 

After we been to the grocery store I'm just gonna do nothing. I have a good amount of e-books on the computer I should move to my phone. The problem is that I hate to read on my phone, I prefer an e-book reader. But since I don't have one I have to take what I have.

I haven't been reading a lot so I haven't ordered any books lately. But now I miss curling up on the couch with a book while I wait for it to be time to start dinner. The problem is that I only have bits of book series and I refuse to start reading before I have all of the books because I don't wanna wait for any books when I wanna read them, I want them all.

So last week I placed two orders, one with play.com and one with Bokus for both me and the kids. I prefer to read in english and even with the shipping from England it's still cheaper to order them second hand at play.com so I strongly recommend play.com if you read in english. For the kids, and books that doesn't print in english, I order from Bokus.

Keep on walking (and reading)

Lilith got a letter yesterday. Yey! So happy. And so surprised since it was tuesday. But there were a lot of mail that I only get on  mondays so I guess they didn't come then. Strange. But happy! He is doing ok and that makes me happy. It was such a hopeful letter.

Today it's, as always, time for my 6 km powerwalk. I can't wait until the snow is gone and I can start running. But until then I'll keep on walking. I hate every second of it but it has to be done.

Then it's time for the grocery store. I need to figure something out for dinner. I only got one thing yesterday so I need something for today. I will have to go through my recipes to find something. Anything. God, I hate cooking. Gonna mail a letter while I'm there as well.

Then home, have a shower and do some cleaning. And wait for the kids to come home. Yesterday they were out plaing in the snow all afternoon and came in in time for dinner. So I started reading a new serie of books. So far so good, I'm on the second book. It's Night World by L.J. Smith. I need to start buying more books because I'm almost out of them. Maybe we'll do some online shopping after the kids have come home.
